A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, and a former student at Universität Trier (Germany). Member of the Bar Council in Poznań.
Within the firm, he supervises the comprehensive legal services provided to business entities, combining strategic advisory with day-to-day litigation practice. He has extensive experience in working with international clients, particularly from Germany and the Scandinavian countries, supporting them in entering the Polish market and implementing investment projects—especially in the construction and real estate sectors.
He specialises in restructuring and insolvency law, as well as in defending clients in cases involving economic crime (white-collar crime), representing them at all stages of proceedings—from the preparatory phase through to appellate court proceedings.
He also provides legal services to businesses operating in regulated sectors, including the gambling and railway industries, offering support in ensuring compliance with administrative law requirements and representing clients in proceedings before regulatory authorities.
