About me
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He also completed postgraduate studies in insolvency law at the Łazarski University in Warsaw.
He has been a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Poznań. since 2021. Since May 2025, she has served as a non-permanent adjudicator at the Local Government Board of Appeal in Poznań.
At the firm, he focuses on commercial law, in particular company formation via the S24 and PRS systems, as well as mergers and acquisitions of commercial companies. He also assists private clients and entrepreneurs in insolvency proceedings.
He has practical experience in advising entities operating in the field of education law. He uses his foreign language skills to support foreign clients in legalising their stay and obtaining work permits.
